Tippy = high proportion (or possibly 100%) tips, as opposed to whole stalks. Produces better quality tea.

Wine is so weird. "It has aromas of oak and cherry, with a full-bodied taste of raisins and pomegranate, with a truffle finish."

NO. IT DOES NOT TASTE LIKE FRUIT, WOOD, OR FUNGUS. IT TASTES LIKE WINE. It tastes like either sweet wine, or wine that I don't like. But it doesn't taste like any of those other things.

Except for the cheap sherry we get at Trader Joe's. That one tastes like raisins.
