But not as we know it, seriously get Firefox already!

Oh and I managed to get to Gugs last night, play some WoW (losing but teaching people which was fun) and finish The Flight of the Eisenstein which was another fun bit of action. Anyway much to do.

having not used i.e. for god knows how long ... does it still have those same old problems?

of course, if were to write anything "rich" or javascript oriented these days i'd use google web toolkit and write in java and then let those google bods worry about browser compatibility. ;)

Hmmm... GWT... really, really not my kettle of fish.

BTW did we lend you House? I'm just trying to work out where Season 1 went, and my memory is a leetly bit hazy for the evening of the party.

Anyhow see you this evening.

Oh well. I'm sure I'll find it. Under the sofa or something.

Shame we won't see you guys tonight, we'll have to get together soon.

Though I think there is a plan for a WII party... when we get one... so in a month or so.

Having just changed my main machine, to the laptop that was a 'downgrade' when I bought it six years ago, I've found that FireFox is almost shockingly slow. Safari, on the other hand, is entirely usable.

Just FYI. :)
