They will say that, but about the teachers and/or security guards, and it would be more or less true.

More or less, in that "only" 5-10 kids would be shot, instead of 18? Possibly. Although I think that semi-automatics work very fast.

Nah, it's even worse - the guy used his mother's guns, he is not old enough to legally own weapons in CT specifically and in most US states.

Also, in CT it is illegal to have weapons on school property.

All I want to know is what my elementary school is planning to do to increase security.

IT would be nice to ban automatic weapons, but the truth is, the supply in the country is so huge, they would be available illegally for a decade at least, I would expect.

Well, even if it took over a decade, it might be worth it. This is all moot, of course, no one is going to be banning anything.
