I've been ever so slightly bothered by the fact that lately while scanning the shelves at the video store, or scanning the channels at home, that I'll give a long hard look at a movie that I very well know I have sitting next to the TV at home. Although the dad may have thought he was being "cool" and not contributing to the panic attack by overreacting, if my parents had behaved like that I would feel as though they didn't care if I lived or died. Honestly. What's wrong with people?

Yeah, I was a little unhappy with how the dad acted. I know that it's so much worse if the parents make a fuss, 'cause then the kids really freak out. But he barely even paid attention.

And hey, if you've got an idea for a better job, I'm all ears!! If you could hook me up with something like Peter got, that would be super. Although I refuse to move to the east coast. I'd personally rather die than live in DC.
