So, anyone familiar with my regular journal will have seen my challenge responses for 5trueloves and I finally bit the bullet and claimed for a sentai character. Wow, that was a lot of Bouken fic to read. Not that I'm complaining, obviously. ^^

I love them all, especially the Natsuki and Sakura ones. And the second Eiji... wow, that was depressing, and very well-written. I think it does a great job on its own.

*grins* Glad you enjoyed it. :) The Souta/Shizuka one actually came out of nowhere, then just made a whole lot of sense and I couldn't believe I hadn't seen it before. Especially with all the flirting those two had going. ;) Besides, Souta is like the little black dress of Boukenger, he goes with everyone. :D

Souta/Satoru: this is so believable that it's not even funny.

Souta/Eiji: I love the way you wrote this; it perfectly captures Souta & Eiji's personalities.

Souta/Masumi: it's perfect. again, very believable and there is not enough Souta/Masumi out there.

Souta/Natsuki: perfect.

Souta/Sakura: eh, I like the pairing alright, but I'm not sure I picture him as crazy about her; more like crazy about all girls

Souta/Shizuka: you're the first person I've seen write, and it captures the essence of their relationship best: it's dangerous.

the last fic makes me want to cry...again, characterization is perfect.

Thank you. :) I'm glad you enjoyed them, and doubly so that you took the time to explain what you thought about each one. I'm a little surprised no-one's written Souta/Shizuka before, but then Boukenger doesn't lend itself well to het pairings for some reason. *shrugs* Still, Souta/Shizuka is fascinating and needs more exploration. I might end up doing that eventually.

Souta/Masumi: I keep meaning to write more of this, because I do love them as a pair, I just have no inspiration for them lately. Or for sentai in general, sadly, so I think when my PR to-do list calms down a bit I'll do some serious watching/re-watching and correct that.
