Thanks. :) I'm closer to 2500 so far so I'm quite pleased with that. Hopefully it'll act as a boost when I don't make the word count. :)

Well, 2000 words was a target I felt good meet seeing as some of my longer one-shots have been around 1500. I'm not aiming for that every day, it was more to get me off to a good start and give me something to fall back on if I don't make the word count for a couple of days. :)

*grins* It's my first year too, so I'm not too optimisitic either. It'll be fun trying, though. And sure, I'll add you. :)
