I'm a big fan of that, as it turns out. There are some things that must remain hidden at the national level, if your government is going to compete with other states, but there ain't no reason why my city and state (and most Federal functions) can't be open.

I'm not sure we'll ever _get_ that but hell, it's a fun idea.
