THOUGHTS ON: Australia (the movie)

Yeah, I am just posting the hell out my LJ today! But I just got back from seeing Australia. Here is a summary of my feelings on the movie:

Leather + Aussie accent + rugged Hugh Jackman = HOTTEST. MAN. ALIVE.

I didn't think it was possible to beat the BSG Towel Malfunction, but then I saw a half-naked Hugh Jackman pouring water all over his sweaty,

So going to see it for the Hugh Jackman hottness is a good idea?? (it's one of the reasons I want to see it! XD)

I would say so. I mean, every time he was on-screen I was just like drooling on myself :p He cuts a nice romantic-lead figure!

that moment made the movie worth seeing for me!

not that i hate it but i was disapointed to be able to pick blue screen moments (some of which really didn't need to be)

and kudos to Kidman for being willing to look completely ridiculous at times!!

Yeah, the movie itself was good - but it wasn't "great"...Jackman kind of made it for me, although I did appreciate Kidman being so ludicrous at the beginning (especially with the kangaroo and goggles :p)
