Omg, this is amazing!!!! Beautiful, beautiful editing, and it's just so stark and sad. I think so much of Adelle's decline in season two was rooted in Dominic's betrayal, and this was such an awesome exploration of that. And the "So just pull the trigger" line at the end, followed by her "Do it" and Dominic shooting her -- augh, my soul, awesome!

Wow, thank you! Honestly the more I worked on this the more I felt Dom's betrayal kick-started Adelle's spiral in S2. I'd never really processed it until I began to focus on her clips.

This is one of the most beautiful fanvids I've ever seen. It's just...stunning. I love how you've combined images of Adelle in season one with images of her in season 2--I always have a hard time matching them up, they seem like such different people to me, and this actually helped a lot.

I know this is a DeWitt/Dominic video and I loved that aspect of it, but mostly I just loved Adelle and how you portrayed her absolute heartbreak over everything so fantastically well.

I think my favourite bit was probably from around 1:25 to 1:30 with the shower scene. Just beautiful, and the scenes you wove together worked so well.

I really liked the song, too. The lyrics, "I'm terrified, but I'm not leaving" just broke my heart. Oh, Adelle...

Anyway, brilliant, brilliant vid. I'm definately downloading to watch over and over again, even though it sort of breaks my heart.

That's, wow, thank you! There is a strong difference in Adelle between S1 and S2 but I think a lot of that is linked to Dom. For most of S1 she had an ally, someone to help her deal with the drama, but in S2 she had to go it alone and deal with a myriad of betrayals. She was a lot harder in S2 (I suspect as a result of Dom's betrayal).

I really appreciate your comment - I always try to illicit something in my videos (good or bad) so I'm glad that it hit a note for you :)

OMG! You are epic! Not only is there hefty amounts of D/D (as intended) but there are hefty amounts of A/A (Adelle/Alcohol). SQUEE! :)

Also, I love the fade-out transitions you used and the bar-sliding-down-the-screen-thingy. As always, your editing/timing is awesome.

To be honest, I'm pretty much in love with Adelle...so searching out her scenes wasn't exactly work ;) Her breakdown this season was one of the highlights for me...as twisted as that may seem.
