Okay, so I'm no scientist but I believe there is a direct correlation between my filthy kitchen and my totally blocked Muse.  What?  I'm serious!  As long as my kitchen is a mess I can't seem to get my Muse in gear.  I get nothing done

What's the saying? "A disorganized house equals a disorganized mind" or something like that?

Hubby is going on a week-long cycle trip soon. While he's gone, I plan on gutting the place. And the kitchen is a big area for me. Our place came semi-furnished, right down to the utensils so we have a combination of "our" stuff and "theirs." And then there's everything else!

Oh, I totally relate. We're having a new house built and I have to get everything pared down by November. **headdesk** When will I EVER have time to write??? **whimper**

Every time we've moved it's been horrendous, and we're not done yet. And even though it'll be another 18 months I am dreading having to do it because of the packing. I certainly don't envy you having to do it all by November, especially with the children!
