This is general feedback post for Round 2. Let me know what things worked for you, anything you wish had been done differently, whatever.

In particular, I'd like to hear people's thoughts on which themes you enjoyed and which you didn't. As always, if you have any theme suggestions, you can leave them hereAlso, what are your thoughts on a spoiler ( Read more... )

Loved this round - no comments on themes or CATs.

Spoilers: I'd suggest anything from a currently active season of a show should be warned about.

Great modding as usual!

I agree with this. How can you get around spoilers when eventually you will have to look at all the icons during voting?

Unless the voting posts are going to have spoiler warnings too, with the risk of fewer votes because of them, I'm not sure what the point of allowing spoilers with a warning is. Could the voting posts have either a copy of all the warnings people put on their entries, or a generic warning with a link to a list of filled claims? I know it's extra work, and putting together those posts must you take all day as it is.

If you do require warnings, please require them to be really specific. For example, "the current season" could mean this gives away the cast if the show hasn't aired in your country yet, it could mean this uses caps from from every episode aired (in a given country) so far, or it could mean this uses set photos from the final scene of the finale that's going to air in two months. That makes a difference to me.

And that is my really Doctor Who-centric take on spoilers.

At first I was a little skeptical over actions since in spn they mainly talk and fight (lol) but once I went through my screencaps that was resolved and ended up iconing neither of those :P

Really enjoyed making food, gadget, unity and yes/no.
And I like that many of the themes are challenging (like at odds and letter) after all this is an icon challenge and it wouldn't be fun with only the typical generic themes :)
