Nothing. We haven't been able to catch Ushisogi Jizou for the last five days, so we've been unable to run tests. We have been submitting reports of our findings to the Soutaichou.

And as for disciplinary action, inducing mass panic around the Seireitei is inappropriate. I, for one, would have expected my own Division members to report such occurances to me rather than spreading fear across the Seireitei.

Threatening the masses with disciplinary action will only cause them to turn their panic inward. This is more devastating than discussing the issues out in the open.

Publishing information that will assist them in dealing with their panic would be a much more useful pursuit Mayuri.

Disciplinary action would be rather difficult considering that the clear perpetrators are no longer here. A far better course of action at this point would be to make efforts to diffuse the panic so that we can all think this through more clearly. You of all people appreciate rational thought, Kurotsuchi-taichou, and calmer heads will exercise more reasonable judgements.
