A new game
A friend just gave me this great idea.
I have quotes for most every situation. I challenge you, my friends, to write a short description of a situation (don't get ridiculously specific.) you think would completely stump my ability to find an applicable quote.
An example:
Situation: "You and I were in the bedroom, and suddenly ninjas crashed in through the window."
Quote: "Everybody was kung fu fighting! Those kicks were fast as lightning!"
Situation: "OK, what if they were werewolves come to have their way with us?"
Quote: "You and me baby ain't nothin' but mammals, so let's do it like they do on the Discovery Channel!'"
Situation: "You're skydiving and your buddy's head, and your parachute, both decide to catestrophically FAIL."
Quote: "I'm gonna free fall, out into nothing; gonna leave this world for a while..."
Note: The quote doesn't have to incorporate -all- elements of a given situation, though I'll do my best in that department; it simply has to -apply- to it. Note the lack of a head-go-boom reference in that last example.
Update: This has proven to be one of the most fun games I've played in a long time, so I'm bumping it up to a new date to see if I can get people to do more! :)
