Hm. Vegetarianism eh? See, now that you're thinking about it I probably shouldn't preach one way or another. You could try skipping meat once a week. Give you a day to experiment with vegetarian cooking and seeing what you would be eating everyday if you ever decide to make a complete change. Plus, from an environmental standpoint even decreasing meat consumption a little bit helps out. Less fossil fuels and energy in general are used if you eat vegetarian. I forget where I put it but Lorna sent me a Green issue of Vanity Fair and at one point they had the number for just how much energy it saves and its quite significant. I know thats not the main reason that's inspired you to think about it but even so.
On another note. When we're visiting, maybe this friday night you me janet and karen could see Stranger Than Fiction? I'm pretty sure Janet was keen on seeing it, and hasn't had time to see it already.

I can't go veg. I don't eat meat most days but it is, for me, a "necessary indulgence". At least until I find a better one.
