Why do you have a defense division if you don't want people to fight?

Because I know that there will be some people who will be resistant to change...to the point of possibly trying to take forceful action against us. So, we have to be prepared to take action to defend ourselves.

Actually I think most people would just ignore it. Kind of like those mall employees who try to push products at you when you're walking by, and you just keep walking and say 'No thank you.'

I guess it's your organization though.
