This has been a fun, but painful, past couple of days. My team at work had a group outing on Thursday night so we decided to go have a few drinks at Baileys and then play Broomball at Ice Forum. just a friendly suggestion. cigna SUCKS. pay the premium and get the BC PPO it's worth it and I think you still have time to change this year.

Sadly no, it's too late.

Sorry this happened! I got pretty banged up myself, but nothing nearly as serious. Remember to demand your perscription painkillers. :) Feel better soon.

Yeah, it looked like you took a couple of good falls... I think Ken and a couple others did as well. The doctor sent me home with prescription without even asking. Sadly I can't really take them at work or away from home because they make me extremely drowsy, guh. :)

I will definitely look into that next round. Thankfully I rarely use the insurance so it isn't the biggest deal; however, I want to have something better in case of another accident later. Thank you for the suggestion. :)
