UGH. WAY TO KILL ME DEAD. I loved all the details you gave them, like their small wedding and that moment in McDonalds and their vows, and then you did that at the end, and that was just so mean! But still. Really well done.

And now I am going to be obnoxious and tell you that the 1000 words you write tomorrow should be about these two as well. K? Thanks.

Thank you! I was pretty nervous about it, but I'm so glad you liked it.

I had a lot of fun writing this, so we'll see. I can't write their banter like other people (*ahem* you *ahem*) can, but I might give it a shot.

This is an attempt of murder that's what this is! It starts all so fluffy and then:BAM a brick with "angst" on its nametag just hits you in the face.

And it hurts!!

Well done! That was actually very good. I can always appreciate the twist of a good 'n' old angst. But still, ouch.

Wow. This is soooo sad. You had to kill him at 60?!? Poor Donna.

The details of the wedding were awesome, I love that they chose to eat at McDonalds after the reception, and that it appears they at least had a long and happy marriage.

Great stuff!

Angst!! I love the pain so. :)

I really enjoyed your tone here - the blend of sweet and sorrow, past and present. Great job! My favorite line:

Everyone in the room laughed, because they knew him, but she laughed because she knew him better than anyone, and she knew that he hadn't looked at another woman in years."

So simple, but it holds such meaning. Wonderful!

*must not cry at work* *must not cry at work*

Oh god.

*clings to them*

This was beautifully written, but oh Harvey. You can't just up and die on us her.

Please write more? :)
