All great points! I'd like to add: Don't turn on "capitalization rules" for each field, so that it rejects my username email adress (and more importantly the obfuscated password) by assuming the first letter of each is capitalized.

I ran into that problem a lot when I first started using the iPhone, but not much anymore. Come to think of it, I think the initial cap problem would be more of an issue with web forms than with apps.
