I ran up from behind him quietly and bit at his neck with a giggle "hey you"

I turned around faster then Buffy stakes a vampire (okay, hyperbole) and moved to bring Ariel into my arms and on to my lap.

neck tasted nice n' fresh too. "You!" I said in mock displeasure even th ough I liked her taking the initiative.

"Well, a few moments ago it was either the stake or assume it was either you or a vampire and taking a risk on getting turned."

I paused for a moment then kissed back.

"Then again, I'm pretty turned on right now- I have a gift for you"

I began to open my backpack-
