Visitation, vegetarianism and plans.

My sister’s coming next week to visit. She’s not been down to visit in over five years, so it’s kind of a big deal. One hitch, she’s vegetarian. I had a moment of panic a couple weeks ago when I realized this, because just about everything I cook has meat in it. Or meat things.

Take for example this week’s menu:

When you go to the Farmer's market on Wed, jet over to Mother's in Hyde Park for dinner. Your veggie loving sister will love it! I had clients choose a house in that hood specifically because they liked the restaurant so much!

What kind of vegetarian is she? Does she eat eggs/dairy? (My resident vegetarian is a reformed vegan)

If she eats eggs/dairy I've got a few recipes that might help out

She'll eat eggs and maybe fish (not sure on that one). But no meat broths, no chicken. She used to be strict vegan, but decided she liked butter and cheese too much.
