lunchables are great. so are wheat thins with string cheese. anddd...easy mac. but i'm not so sure that's healthier. you can always have those like rice noodle bowls from trader joe's. i'm pretty sure those have less sodium than instant noodles. orrr you can have oatmeal! that's the best. orr....toast.
i have graham crackers and peanut butter. :) i'm thinking about hot foods right now... i saw someone eating stouffer's mac and cheese and it looked pretty good.
