Beautiful work my friend, just exquisite! It's very intricate, I bet it was difficult, but it's a big testament to your skills! Bobbin Lace is lovely and sweet it doesn't look easy from seeing others do it. Yay for girl-y hobbies I really enjoy spinning, silk weaving, and knitting. There's something so nice about working with one's hands. Bravo my friend! *congratulatory hugs!*
So very pretty! My great-grandmother did bobbin lace, but unfortunately, I never learned. I'm so glad to see this finished at last! It looks wonderful. ^_^
Oh, I know it does. Doesn't make it any less embarrassing. To the bit of me that for some reason still thinks it's a middle-school boy, at least. ^_^;
And it really is sort of strange, because I make these things and then I don't do anything with them at all, because I wouldn't know what~ Note to self: must start giving them away.

Ooh, and you actually know what it is I'm doing? Sweet! You'll have to show me silk-weaving sometime.
*hugs*
*needs to come visit again sometime!*

Hm ... You know, now I'm imagining Jenka quickly hiding a piece of lace as the boys arrive at the campsite she's prepared. ;)
