Just to clarify, when does the amnesty round start? Anytime after 2011 begins?

The amnesty round begins at 12:01 am (local time) on January 1, 2011.

So, I have two prompt fills done. I can post those during the amnesty round, despite the fact I failed at making a bingo, and be eligible for Round 2? Just clarifying! Thanks. :D
