So I've started watch SPN season 7, and OMG I AM EXCITE. Should I:

a) Watch the next couple of eps, then backtrack and finish season six.

b) Finish season six, then catch up with season seven.

I am torn.

I'd finish the S7 eps out right to build up your enthusiasm a bit, then go back and watch what S6 you missed.

Watch what there is of season 7 first, it will help sustain you through season 6. :x

The arguments for watching in order are rather moot, as you've probably already been exposed to the major spoilers with any of the episodes from season 7.

I'm thoroughly spoiled and have seen the season finale. So yeah.
