Twtitter vs. Facebook

This month I've been spending a lot of my free time tweeting about racism and sexism in comics. I've spent the last week and a half arguing with Erik Larsen directly. Twitter is such a time sink for me. I've got access to intelligent and admirable people, as well as deplorable ones. Twitter is awesome, no lie. What I can't believe is that he's still responding to me. In my last tweet I said his argument was based on slut-shaming and he STILL responded. He really wants to have the last word. :D

I am amused by your analysis of Facebookia. I heard a PR person give a talk a couple of years ago, and one of her predictions was that over the next few years, as Facebook got more and more popular, more and more corporations and brands would appear on Facebook and want people to become friends or fans. Then as a reaction against that, more and more people would start leaving Facebook for greener pastures. With Twitter, it looks like that's exactly what's happening.
