I'm not sure who pointed this link out to me so there's a chance you've already seen it, but a page of good links along those lines(both in the post and comments): http://gogogidget.livejournal.com/381871.html

Also, not sure if any of these fit quite what you're looking for...
Don't Be That Guy
How to Suppress Discussions of Racism
The Art of Defending Racism
The FedEx arrow and how to deal with it
Moff's Law

Sorry if this was generally unhelpful. XP

on cultural issues, deepad's "I Didn't Dream of Dragons" belongs on any list of this kind. It really drove home how majoritarian culture can stifle minorities, even without negative intentions. Plus it's just powerful fandom writing, and has a better chance of reaching people than a list of rules why talking down to the nice brown people is bad.

Hmm. I wasn't sure about including it, but you make a good point. It's a really well-written and a rhetorical hammer that might reach people where other pieces have failed.

Hmmm... maybe rm's Oh Noes! There's gay people in my fandom! for a fannish-oriented 101 level post on straight priviledge and homophobia?

And I think in light of recent events, fugitivus's "Another post about rape" would be a good post to link.

(and I third or fourth Moff's Law suggestion, since I suspect "But it's only a comic! You're taking it too seriously!" gets said a lot)
