Alex Ross draws such a great Wondy. The toon WW has the attitude but with Ross there's a lovely sense of serenity and..superiority?

The thing to remember with JLU Wondy is that she's supposed to be very young and inexperienced, while Ross' Wondy is always a grown woman. But yeah, Ross' Wondy is superlative.

Character wise I do like the conflicted, still learning Wonder Woman more, but dammit, it's nice to see where it all could be going. Yay for Ross.:D

And yes, Darwyn Cooke has evaded my attention. Which I shall rectify immediately. Looks very interesting.

Those two are from The New Frontier, which is a must read. It's Darwyn Cooke's two-part re-imagining of the DCU in the 50s. Awesome stuff. His Wondy is incredibly fierce.
