From Bonn With Love

As I will be living here in Bonn from October till July, I decided to make my own tumblr-blog From Bonn With Love http://frombonnwithlove.tumblr.com for my eroica-related pictures, because by all likelihood there will be lots of them, and so I thought that in a blog they'd be kept best in order. So, how do you like our little former "federal village"?

Thank you for asking, I've liked Bonn very much so far, though during these two weeks I've been living here I haven't seen it yet as much as I'd liked to: mainly just the downtown and Tannenbusch district where I live. And I must say, that for a Finn like myself, Bonn seems more a city than a village, mainly because even our capital Helsinki isn't much larger than this and my hometown Turku is definitely a lot smaller. :D But I can also well understand the german/central european view of Bonn as a village. ;)

Any recommendations, eroica-related or not, where I should visit in Bonn or neighbouring areas (besides the most obvious attractions like art museums and the town Eberbach)?
