how is that picture framed? is the actual photograph a framed file image whatever... or is there something you type in while entering it to frame it?! if you know what i mean.

It's in the HTML tag bit.. like this:

So you have the img src tag. After the image URL just type border="4", change the thickness if you wish and color="#000000", change the color if you like and then just close the tag.
