I found out I'm hiv-, and I have a boyfriend whom I love very much, but I still don't understand why I'm still so depressed and fatigued all the time. :c
Fatigued could be due to several things, namely a lack of exercise/eating. Depression can sprout from any number of sources, you might just wanna talk to someone about it, you know?
1. Sleep ranges from 4-9 hours... depending on which day it is. 2. I've definitely gotten my appetite back-- and am now working on eating my three meals a day... but on the average I have about 2 meals a day. 3. I exercise randomly, mostly stretches and random dancing around the room. 4. 3 large cups a day
