Hahah aw :( DON"T RUIN THE PRETTY SCOOTER.

Mine was kind of shitty. I was supposed to work 10-4 but had to work 7-4 as some girl was sick. PLUS I got my period today which was lame lame lame. And I have to work tomorrow at 7... but I am so glad it's the weekend after that. LIFE SHALL BE GOOD THEN! :)

Aw, that sucks. I hate it when people call in sick and you have to cover for them. Funny you should mention your period, yesterday at work one of the girls was complaining about hers coming that day and i (quietly) yelled "the communists are coming! the communists are coming!"

They laughed but i don't think they got it.

It was funny to me though, and then i thought of you.

Damn!!! That's super shitty, but I'm glad you got it all open and stuff.

Currently, my scooter has "something wrong" with the light that tells you if you're overheating, and has been at the best bike shop in town for over two weeks, and they can't figure it out, Yamaha can't figure it out, and I have no idea when I'm getting it back.

IT'S A SCOOTER! HOW COMPLICATED CAN THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM BE?

*ahem* sorry. I just had to get that out of my system.
And I hope your thumb heals quickly. Owie!

Seriously?! They can't figure out a scooters electrical system!? That's messed up. I don't blame you for being mad, they are making you spend more money(driving the car) and paying them to fix it(unless you are under warrenty)

My thumb isn't too bad. I still don't want to put any pressure on it because it hurts and it looks like it's a little swollen but other than that id say it's doing pretty good.

Ugh, last night i was driving to work and two of the four nuts holding my top case on came off and it flew off and cracked. I was lucky though, it was on a slow street and my brother was driving behind me so he picked up all the pieces and took it home for me.

I'm just not having good luck with it right now!

Oh man, you're really not having good luck! Man. Good thing your brother was behind you, but ack.

The scooter should still be under warranty, or at least it was when I first brought it in to the shop so it still counts. The shop is really good, though, and the guys are really nice to me and will call to tell me they have no news. lol. They sure are better than the place I took it when it first got in an accident when it was brand new!!! I actually sold my car, so I'm totally wheelless now. It sucks! I work pretty close -it's only a 20 min walk, and I work downtown so I'm close to nearly everything- but it's still frustrating. Oh well... it can't go on forever, can it? hahah. I shouldn't ask that.

Oh yeah! I had forgotten that you moved and are a lot closer to work now. I was still thinking that you were farther away and that would really suck then. I guess it's a good thing it happened when it did.

Knock on wood, you will get your scooter back soon. It's not fun going through scooter withdrawl.
