My psychiatrist has informed me that I should keep a journal to document my days.

I see no point in this, but he has insisted, claiming that It is part of my therapy and if I do not comply he will have me committed,

The medications are working, They muffles the voices It is a waste of time.

Temari, Would you speak with him for me about this?

Well... Gaara, you know... You haven't been on the medications for long. It might take a little bit before it stops being "a waste of time." And you said it's working, didn't you? Just hang in there and I'm sure it'll help you. I sure hope it'll help you.

But it does seem extreme to commit someone over whether or not he keeps a journal. I'll talk to him about that before your next appointment.

Until then, just keep doing the journal, okay? Maybe getting your thoughts down on paper will help you straighten them out a little.

I know it seems that way, Gaara. I mean, it sounds pretty pointless to me too. But, you know, if there's a chance it'll help... And I'm sure there's a reason he does it. Maybe he figures that if he can see what you're thinking about, he'll know how to help you better?

Just try to give him a chance. He's just getting to know you. Once he sees what a great kid you can be, he'll come around.

... And if he doesn't, he'll have me to deal with.
