I'm so sorry! Hans tells me that you don't think she's in the house any more. Have you tried calling local vets and shelters to see if anyone has brought her in? She's such a striking girl, surely anyone who saw a Siamese kitty outside would remember it!
I also read somewhere that you can try putting a dirty litterbox outside, supposedly cats can smell it from quite far away and recognize is as a "home" scent.
