Hahaha I love how you posted this right before my Halloween costume post! Those sound awesome. I wish I could sewww. Luckily, the BFF does, so I should have a nice costume for NYCC at least. :D
I can't believe your school has a Disney Day. And you dress up at Homecoming?
The marching band dresses up on homecoming, yeah. Each section does their own theme, and ours is Pacman! xD
The week of homecoming, each day has a different dress up theme and I am kinda excited for Disney day, haha. (Also Wacky Tacky day, where I can dress like a crazy person and no one will care!)
Or you could get like a short white wig and cut it to match your human!EVE design. I sprayed my hair white for a Halloween costume once, and it comes out more like old lady frizz than sleek and and shiny (luckily, I wanted to come out that way :P My costume that year was a dead bride). Be sure to post pics!
I would totally love to be Human!EVE, (I would bring my InterAction WALL*E along with me, too!) but I can't sew. << >> May I ask how you're going to do it? I'll probably just go as Sally from TNBC again this year, heh.
.......Seriously, that's awesome though. Who knows? Maybe you'll meet some real life WALL*E fans. 8D
Well, I am wearing a white leotard thing with white tights, and white boots! I'm going to have the plant symbol painted on the leotard, and I'll have white hair (wig or spray.. not sure)
Going to make some kind of gun arm.. maybe paper mache? Hehe..
My sister's WALL-E costume is a work shirt dyed yellow and painted with WALL-E's cube design, she's going to have goggles, work pants, and boots. And a BNL cooler complete with Rubix Cube, lightbulb, and Hal! xD
That's freakin' awesome. 8D Seriously. I can't wait to see your pictures. I'm curious to see how you'll pull off the gun arm, since I think that's what I would struggle the most on.
.....Oh no, I'm going Trick-or-Treating! Not to comic con. xD Oh, I wish I WAS, though, that would be so cool....I've always wanted to go.
BTW, since I made a Wolf Link costume/part of an Amaterasu one/other costume bits for myself and friends and thus proved my construction prowess, I'll go on and let you in on a little known ambition of mine... one of these days, I'm aiming to make an EVE costume. Not Human!EVE (though I love your idea and can't wait to see pictures), regular robot EVE. And I might even be able to rig up LEDs for the eyes. XD
PVC pipe that fits over your arm with a flashlight with painter's tape over it at the end, plus black electrical tape for accents.
That's a simplified version of how I made my friend's sonic cannon for his Cyborg costume last Halloween. I could bring the piece Friday night if you wanted. XD -M
