Ms. Glunt did an awesome job of sex ed. She had a list of just about every (legitimate) sex term, from vas deferens, to TSS, and pretty much defined them all.

i know, i've heard of her health classes. but she was one of what, 5 or 6 health teachers? i never had her. both of my health classes were completely useless. when i wanted to have a discussion about tolerance after the DoS my teacher was obviously very uncomfortable with it and didn't do it.

so with two health classes while you're in hs, and 6 teachers, maybe a third had her? and the rest of us had crap. that's not ok with me.

see, this is an area in which i think schenley rocked. because they had planned parenthood come in and it was once everytime you took a health class in a semester. they would come in and talk about the plumbing, they even had plastic models and such, and they also talked about prevention and diseases adn such. seriously, they passed around a wooden penis for people to practice putting a condom on. and the lady showed us how to put a female condom on a plastic repleca of female parts. we watched movies played games of how severe is this disease. of course, schenley also had a fully functioning day care for students adn teachers to leave their tatter tots during the day. and many classes on child care. so i think that rocked, all schools should have this, that way, girls who do get pregnant can still come back to school, and the rest of us and learn something useful in health class.
