Today's workout went pretty well - worked me up a good ol' sweat too.

10 mins on the bike for warm-up

Legs:

Leg extensions:
75 x 15
90 x 15
105 x 15
120 x 15

Machine Bicep curls (in-between sets of the above):
40 x 15
50 x 12
45 x 15
45 x 15

Leg Press:
450 x 15
450 x 15
450 x 15
540 x 15

Calf press (on the leg press machine in between sets of the above):
450 x 15

congrats on the additional loss. I admire guys like you that stick to a workout routine! been there, tried that. my biggest obstacle, I think, is boredom.

I try to mix things up and do different things. I'm seeing results, which helps too. The only thing that is really frustrating is that from being really heavy all my life, and gaining and losing weight, my skin is not "retracting" I guess you could say... so the more in shape I get, the worse that looks. I never thought I would hear myself say this, but I want lipo and a full body lift.
