I'll admit that I've never watched Buffy, but I've picked up enough through osmosis that I really enjoyed this. Rachel is the perfect Slayer, and I love her friendship with Mercedes and Kurt.

i can't even. this is the best gift that i've ever gotten, and that includes the nanette lepor sweater i got a few months ago, so you know i'm talking serious business. oh my gosh, when i figured out that the master was sue at the end of the first part, i actually screamed. finn as angel is beyond perfect, to the extent that i can't even explain how perfect it is. i want to live in this world that you created, because it's incredible and everyone shines so brightly in it. brittany especially! i know you have a hard time writing her, but anytime you struggle with it, remember this fic, because you killllllllllllllllllllled it here, you really nailed brittany-the-vampire characterization, and her fight with rachel was incredible to read, i held my breath the entire time.i will read this time and again, and i can just see rachel and quinn sighing at the same part in dirty dancing and smiling and feeling like there's something missing but they're just not sure what it is
