This is lovely. I love the introspection here, and how you give insight on how hopeless and helpless she really feels. She is trapped, but at the same time, if she were free, where would she go?

I love the deliciously creepy relationship between her and Marluxia. I will always love their twisted-ness.

Thank you for sharing!

(: Why, thank you! ❤❤

I feel so sad for her, because no matter what she does, she'll never be free of his shadow, and even if she wants to make a break for freedom, there's nothing for her, and she knows that. Heck, they all do, and I suppose by extension it's sad for all of the Organisation because apart from 'trying to regain their hearts' (or, in Xemnas's case, being the lord of the universe), once they lose that cause, what are they truly fighting for? What do they exist for?

And thank you for reading and commenting! :D

umm...wow.
I actually saw this a few days ago, and was so tempted to read this- but there was a final draft for the research paper.

Making Marluxia get ranked higher in my KH scale, by each and every day.

Heh, thanks. It's high time he stopped getting treated as a joke, and more as the dangerous, manipulative snake he is.

When I read "snake" I kept thinking of the snake in the Garden on Eden. It's fitting for him.

I know right? It's an interesting angle to portray him from. This is exactly why I will never get tired of writing Marluxia. He can blend in seamlessly with so many...er...concepts? He's exactly like the snake in the Garden of Eden. At first seemingly innocuous, especially to the Original Six, but at the end when he reveals his true colours, he pretty much puts himself on the same level as, well, Xemnas.
