Don't we have a three-strikes law? If this was her third offense, can't they MAKE her give money to shelters or something? I'd vote for that!

And not a big deal compared to everything else can her insurance go up like mine would if I was caught breaking a driving law?

And and as for the other thing.. I wont even post, I dont think I could make rational enough sentances to put down if I had to think about it
