The newest Sarah action figure

I've been meaning to post about this but not had a chance...computer issues, but I spent some time this morning waiting for pages to load.

The new Hot Toys Sarah Connor figure is coming out in June (supposedly)....muscular arms and everything. Although looking at it more, I think the arms could be bettter. But I want very bad!

It would be a shame if the action figure's arms were any less muscular than Linda Hamilton's actual arms were during that movie. If anything, they should err on the side of more buff, IMO. (and you probably wouldn't have to look far to find erring on the side of more buff with male action figures).

The Slideshow one more than erred on the side of less...there was just nothing. Barbie has more muscle! MacFarlane I do think went a bit extreme, which is cool...although some people are stupid and I remember a post asking "why does she have wrinkly granny arms?" ...um, hon, if your granny has arms like that then awesome! The "wrinkles" were striation and veins, actually. Um, actually, a lot of us from "peasant stock" probably had grannies with arms like that. ~;) This one, well, it's hard to say from pictures, it probably is just slightly less. But it's close enough that I still really want one (and have informed the person who has been asking what I want for an upcoming occasion...although this will arrive later). ~;)

But, yeah, the thing that was really annoying with the Slideshow one was comparing it with Slideshow T800 and such. No lack of muscle there, and if Arnie was ever as buff as some of the figures based on him it was not during his acting career because by the first Terminator he was clearly quite a bit smaller than

and oh yeah, I do think the action figure is cool too, I wouldn't mind having one either.... :)
