I assume EVERYONE here is ignoring it as I had been, not wanting to give it any time or energy. Otherwise, I KNOW that SOMEONE would have let us know about a certain turn of events. I am angry, but I'm also discouraged. It seems as if society, especially television-watching society, is simply going backwards in time. Instead of chicks like Sarah Connor (played by Linda Hamilton, the only real Sarah Connor), we get the skinny, non-muscular bimbos that populate every single show. The only woman on TV allowed to be of normal proportions seem to be women of different cultural backgrounds, such as Latinas, African-American women, those who aren't white, basically.

I can't take it anymore, so I stopped watching. Now, I mostly watch British TV, such as Torchwood, or Doctor Who, where the women have some meat on their bones and a brain in their heads. Maybe part of the Sarah Connor Charm School should be a student picture wall. It's a lot of work to put together an entire fanfic bio, but maybe we could all start by taking pictures of women actually working out physically, who have some muscle, and put it up in a "student gallery." ?

That's a great idea...if women want to send me photos, I'll use them!

Actually, what this spurred in my mind is a "school tour" ...you know, here's our "gym," here's our "range," ...... You know, showing any of us who want to send photos doing the things in that "room" or "field."

But the student/grad profiles too. I'm finding that some women seem to have issues with the writing, while others with photos. But I'll use what I get and will take suggestions on how!
