I've tried - twice now. It won't let me edit the tags.

If it's not due to the comm settings, my guess it's probably something to do with the fact that I'm accessing LJ through a proxy (ninjacloak.com) on account of how I'm in China, and LJ is banned here. Either way, I've done my best.
