Why do these people follow a brain? Who was that brain when it was still a person? Or has it never been one?

The ones in power (in Central) are the only ones who know iT is a brain :o everyone else just follows their orders blindly because failure to do so will land them in prison.

i'm trying to update more frequently before my holiday of sorts ends! :D
