hey thanks, i got it a couple of weeks ago. hate going to doctor to have to sit in waiting room them have them do all those stupid tests when, unless it is very painful and long persisting, they can't do anything. nice to be able to get just about all you need to know on the net. i went to 2 rolpher/deep massage sessions and the second seems to have helped. we'll see...
brilliant and informative and non depressing post! well done. I've had tingling thighs for the last 18 months or so which comes and goes but my chiro is confident he can sort it

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, with a light heart. My Mum has developed this painful condition. She is 88 years old, and its been tough.
Your experience is comforting, cause it brings clarity and hope. Understanding the underlying dynamics of such pain, is half the battle.
