It feels wonderful to be starting yet another new year with you too! <3 Especially since this is the year we will marry!! :D As for that pic, I chose it because it did, in fact, look just like handsome Elmo! I found many 1996-esque Legacy pix, but most of them were other colors. And some of them seemed to be outfitted differently (or maybe they weren't actually 1996s but later models mislabelled). heh

It might not be you. LJ has been royally borking up lately, enough so that more and more people are migrating over to Dreamwidth (I have an account there myself, same name as this one, as a backup). :/

Beth!! :D Good to see you're still on LJ! I was going to send you a holiday card last month, but then I thought maybe it would seem weird, since we haven't been in touch very much. I didn't want to sound nervy and/or lame. I hope things are going well for you, or at least better than they used to be. *hugs* I hope your family members are doing well too, including your brother who joined the military, right? We have some major catching up to do, young lady! (heehee) As for LJ screwing up lately, it seems to have been working great the last week or so, when I got active again. It was only this one entry that I had such a royal FUBAR with. :( What is Dreamwidth like? I've never even heard of it. And here I went and started a SECOND journal here on LJ! Oh well; guess I'll keep it too. The second journal is sharishawn.livejournal.com -- it's a wedding blog for Shawn & me.
