A very "gamey" day!

I don't mean GAMEY as in that weird, off-putting adjective of "having the flavor or odor of game, especially game that is slightly spoiled" or simply "ill-smelling; rank". :( Ugh ( Read more... )

I got Jim Apples to Apples for Christmas - we love that game! - and Cranium and Wise or Otherwise are lots of fun too. Like we were saying a few days ago, it would be a blast to have a game night together! I'm glad you had a fun "game day." That sounds like a great way to spend a Sunday.

Darn! Why do some of the coolest people have to live the farthest away? :( I would so love to play these types of games with you and Jim! And I'm sure you'd enjoy the Game Days with my neighbors. Plus, of course, if you were local, you could play in my Bingo Belles group too, but unfortunately "no boys allowed", so Jim couldn't do that. heehee ( ... )

I actually only discovered Wise or Otherwise in the past month or so. My roommate Margaret was cleaning out the closet in our living room and came across that game, so we gave it a try. I think it was left here by a previous tenant. It's fun!

Ahh, "Life." I used to cheat at that one (among others). XD (Yes, I was a demented little shit as a kid)

I think my brother might've had Mouse Trap...

I never liked or played Twister though - *is kinda funny about being 'required' to touch other people, especially unfamiliar ones*

How does one cheat at Life? LOL! Or do you just mean you swiped more bills of money from the "bank" when no one was looking? *smirk* As for Twister, I never had a problem with touching others or being touched, so I always had a hilarious time with that game as a kid! :D Now, however, I don't think I'd enjoy it, because I'm not as limber as I used to be, and it's easier than it used to be for me to "throw something out of whack." I have a feeling I'd have to make an appointment with my chiropractor if I played Twister nowadays! :O Yikes!!
