Question. Why is it so easy to say: "Tomorrow night, I'm going to bed early!" or to assert "Tonight, I'm finally going to bed earlier!" -- YET IT'S SO FREAKISHLY HARD TO ACTUALLY DO IT?? :(

For the same reason it's easy to say "I'll start on this paper that's due next month" and wait until the day before it's due to actually write it!

Yeah!! But for me it is impossible to go to bed early so instead I think "Ok, so tomorrow morning I am going to wake up EARLY".. and I don't.
