It seems I have yet to completely understand the functional purpose of these 'curse days,' but regardless, there seems to be a sudden influx of newcomers. I will use this as an opportunity to answer any questions about the Kaimei student council.

That would not be normal, since a maid uniform is not acceptable school attire during a council meeting. A school play would probably be an entirely different matter.

I am not 'cute.' I am 'promoting the student council.'

This is a booklet containing the official rules, though I'm certain that in this setting, new regulations will be necessary. The student council will take on the responsibility of giving all citizens a peaceful, productive city.

But it would help if people donated.
