My Dad was seized by a sudden urge to spend a stupidly exorbitant amount of money on me. (For serious, that's how it happened, I did not start this.) And thus I give you: ( Bolormaa! )

I never gave the parachute thing a second thought until I heard a bunch of people complaining about it; It really never bothered me.

I keep pimping out Creative mp3 players to friends whenever they're like "I think I wanna buy an iPod". Tom had some experience with my Zen when I let him borrow it over his Disneyland road trip, so he wasn't hard to convert, and now I'm pulling Steve over as he hunts for an mp3 player. My Jukebox Zen is two years old and still going strong, the only issue I have is one of the buttons doesn't operate properly if you press it the wrong way.

Speaking of, I was at Comickaze again with Steve last week, and when I payed with my debit card on the little slider thingy, for a moment I swore I saw it read "Thanks yo". Turns out it really said "Thank you" and the "u" was offscreen for a moment before it started marquee'ing over.

My Jukebox served me faithfully for the year that I had it before horrible thieving bastards took it from me. I hope it broke on them, though.

Hee! Technology with lingo!

OOO, lovely new toy you have there!

As for porn, I don't know why it is still looked down on things. Indeed, it's like I am almost embaressed when I admit I read smut. And you know that with many things I enjoy, I am pretty vocal. Up until this new pairing of mine, I was so rigid in my ideas of sexuality. It was very black and white and then boom, because I am so into this pairing, it's made me open my eyes toward a lot of things.

I liked the nyarlotep and the Dorian banners. They rock!

I'm not embarrassed about porn, but I don't talk about fandom, you know? I'm from the old skool hardcore days when you just didn't talk about fight club.

Nyarlathoptep is such a deliciously badass scent. :)

I loved that book, I need to re read it.

With fandom, I only will talk about it to you, my online friends and my grandmother, but she has a weird sense of humor.

Nyarly-whenever I read The Stand and read bout Flagg, he is soooo nyarly.

JOOOOOOOOOOOD! HIS NAME SHALL FROM NOW ON BE SPELLED JOOOOOOOOOD. Or maybe j00d?

I am happy you like eet! *catches you and helps you wobble to the fainting couch* So funny you ask, though, because it's just the one that that your default icon is made of, only cropped, flipped, and partially desaturated. :p

JOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!! That is how I spell his name when I'm feeling especially interwebberly. Then Jude (JUDE, darling) rolls his eyes in much exasperation.

Do you happen to have said picture for my pilfering purposes?? I only have it in icon form, actually. *woes*

Turns out I've actually heard this Prodigy/Enya mix you linked me to; It's in one of the DJ Fross sets. Very cool nonetheless.

Hi from another BPAL fan! mrsveteran July 2 2007, 13:36:15 UTC
Hi! A friend of mine randomly browsing the Internet (no doubt for religious art to desecrate or something similar -- he's that kind of guy) somehow came across this post and directed me to your BPAL banners.

Oh my God, I just had to say that I bow down in awe of your mad skillz. Those are soooo gorgeous and really encompass the feeling of the scents. Just ... wow.

I know I'm from outta nowhere, but you did say you take requests so ... how about Lampades, Jester, and/or Boomslang?

If you don't wanna do banners for a stranger, that's totally cool. I just wanted to at least say "hi" and "wow, your BPAL banners are made of awesome!"

Hi! *waves* I'm glad you like the stuff!

I am more than happy to make some banners for you. Plus you're all here and nice and stuff, and that makes you not a stranger in my book. :) I'm gonna organize everything and make a new post that will include your requests, so check back here in a couple days and they should be up.

p.s. I feel strangely proud that I came up in what might have been a search for religious objects to desecrate. ^-^

Hahaha! It was for stuff to submit to http://www.loltheist.com . I have absolutely no idea what he was searching for. 'Course, he's also a Lovecraft fan, so it could have been the Nyarlathotep banner. hehe!

Anyway, nice to "meet" you! :-)
