I really don't know who made it (sorry i forgot to write that on) but if you happen to see it anywhere else with the name of who made it, i'd be very grateful if you could let me know so i can give the credit that it deserves!

Awesome tutorial! Easy to follow and easily moved from PS to PSP. Great job and I loved your finish product!
